Restaurant and Bar

Indulge your senses and delight in the flavours crafted by Nayarit’s own Chef Jorge Miramontes. The Tekuamana menu is inspired by Mexican tradition and elevated by sourcing of organic, local and wild ingredients.

The kitchen cooks without seed-oils, opting instead for ghee, avocado oil and rendered fat as well as incorporating house made lacto-fermented foods, sourdough bread and kombucha. The result is the most healthful and distinctive culinary experience in the area.
