About the Retreat:

Each day will weave together Pilates, yoga, meditation, and breathwork as sacred practices of self-care, spaces where you’ll reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and celebrate all that it is capable of. Instead of striving to look a certain way, this retreat is about honoring your body as your home, your vessel, and your teacher. With nourishing meals, intentional rest, and digital detox practices, you’ll give yourself the chance to clear away distractions and return to presence.

Held at the stunning La Joya Resort in Sayulita, this boutique sanctuary offers jungle pathways, ocean views, a private beach path, and the magic of whale-watching season right outside your door. Beyond the practices, you’ll be immersed in a community of like-hearted humans sharing meals, laughter, and moments of stillness together. This retreat is not just a getaway, but a chance to reset, recharge, and rise into deeper connection with yourself and the natural world around you.

About your facilitators:

Anayat Eldaly (Yoga Teacher & Retreat Organizer): Anayat is an International Retreat Leader, Yoga Instructor, Life Coach, Somatic Breath Work Facilitator, Sound Bowl Facilitator, Energy Worker, Intuitive Guide, and preacher of self-love. She has a passion for cultivating community, traveling, mindfulness, healing, meaningful connections, adventures and exploring the internal + external landscapes this human experience has to offer. Her work includes deep human connection practices, expansion through personal growth + self-reflection, inquiring + challenging humans to step outside their comfort zones, and guiding people back to self-love to step into their power + purpose.

Anayat offers a nurturing and supportive container to allow for all feelings + emotions to exist, be processed, and take up space. She encourages raw, radical, emotional vulnerability to be expressed in effort to experience true healing and remind us that we are never alone.

Anayat loves encouraging others to travel this beautiful world through her intentionally curated retreats, experiencing new places, immersing in new cultures, and creating new relationships while cultivating lifelong memories + soul filling friendships.

Didi Stackpole Didi Stackpole is a globally trained, comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience and more than a decade of personal practice. Didi is dedicated to helping clients experience the freedom and joy of movement, helping them transform their relationship with their bodies, and empowering them with renewed energy and confidence. Join Didi for a transformative Pilates experience where we'll cultivate inner strength, unleash your potential and elevate your spirit. 

After experiencing  extreme back pain Pilates became vital to her daily movement and the results were immeasurable, both physical and mental. Her classes combine classical’Pilates foundations with creative, low-impact programming that builds strength, challenges the body, and makes space for fun. In this retreat Didi will lead you through invigorating sessions designed to release tension, boost energy and feel more connected to your body. You will leave feeling empowered, sweaty, and strong, regardless of ability. 

Whether you're new to Pilates or more experienced, you will be supported, encouraged and challenged to reach new heights in a nurturing  environment.
