About the Retreat
Allison & Tamara will provide daily yoga and movement experiences that will open your mind and body to fully embrace the beauty that is all around you. In addition to a curated itinerary of daily activities you will have plenty of down time to relax or explore the surrounding areas. We will have optional group surf outings, whale watching, an EcoHike and more!
About the Facilitators:
Allison Woodward
Allison started teaching fitness classes in 1987 and for over 3 decades has taught a variety of class formats with a focus now on Yoga, Spin and Strength. Through her experience competing in triathlons (including The World Championship Ironman 3 times!) she has learned the importance of mixing fitness elements up to maintain the highest level of performance…strength, cardio, balance and flexibility. You do not want to miss Allison’s strong vinyasa flow yoga classes and energizing bootcamps, they are guaranteed to leave you feeling inspired and strong!
Tamara Pitard
Tamara Pitard has spent the last 17 years in the fitness industry. As a trainer, instructor, presenter, and athlete she has found that fitness is powerful way to connect people by building a community of strong, like-minded individuals working together to reach their athletic goals.
As a former educator, she truly believes in the connection between social, emotional, mental, and physical health. Tamara is passionate about empowering participants to take ownership of their fitness journeys. What drives her is helping people realize their abilities and reach their goals. She has an uncanny ability to see things in people that they don’t see in themselves.
