I believe in the connection of music and movement to open the body and to clear the mind. My classes are truly “flowing” - connecting movement with breath - utilizing good music and sacred texts to illuminate aspects of the spiritual journey in a hectic world. I teach a power yoga class that is both playful and spiritual. It will challenge you in the best way, yet leave you feeling grounded, inspired and reconnected. My goal is to put those practicing at ease and encourage them to try new things--to improve their practice, on and off the mat. My sequencing is designed to strengthen and tone the muscles of your body and mind, and is sure to take you to your edge.
